P.S I also get the leg pain and I think it's to do with nerves in the pelvic area that extend down the leg. Hot water bottles or wheat bags help

Thank you for your replies Dying_Swan. You have been really helpful.
I constantly had paint this month from the cyst and on Friday i got a lot of pain in my ovary and leg while i was walking home from work. I was supposed to go food shopping but i was too scared that the cyst might burst or something and i just went home.
What really helped was stretching. The head-to-knee kind of stretches. i did a lot of them and now i don't have any pain whatsoever, either in my ovary or leg. I just wanted to share this little piece of information here. Maybe it helps someone.
Thank you from me too. I've had some leg pain this week so will give it a try next time

So i've been to the doctors this morning. The abnormal cyst is still there. It'as not too big. My ovary was around 4 cm and a normal ovary is around 3 cm, and i had a second functional cyst (same ovary) that ruptured last week (i had intense pain, almost went to the ER but it went away with a hot water bottle and ibuprofen) Now he is sending me to get an MRI with contrast and he did another ultrasound and took blood to check for tumor markers and also check my other organs.
He doesn't think it's cancer because its not too vascularized but he is seeing some calcification. This means it may be a dermoid cyst and he also suspects me of endometriosis.
I am getting pretty concerned...
edit: I also lost weight, i was 115.5 pounds last time and now i am 113.5 pounds. I stopped exercising and i am not on a diet.

It’s very similar to what I went through. The MRI wasn’t too bad, I was dreading the contrast but it was absolutely fine - just drink lots of water after to flush it out.
You’ve probably lost weight through worrying, I know I did.
@Scass
May I ask how long did the MRI lasted? Is it like 10 15 minutes or more?
It was about 30-40 minutes. I kept my eyes shut mostly, but it wasn’t too bad - just noisy.
Ugh. That’s such a long time to stay still.
My insurance company, however, denied my mri so now I’m in the twilight zone...
