I'm not sure I know anybody who hasn't had one of those lately.

Now worrying about cervical cancer because it's been 6 months since my last clear smear and I've had bad back ache, shooting vaginal pain and pelvic ache last two weeks on and off. I was due on and then on my period, today is the last day. (Day 5). Can HPV come back so quickly? I was signed back to three yearly checks.
You were worried about melanoma earlier.
Can you see the pattern?

I can and I'm noticing physical anxiety symptoms such as tight chest now too. I'm worrying about ankle and cervical cancer now, wondering if they're linked if one is causing the other. I DO have ache pubic region though and period is ending today.
Like I SO desperately want to go to the doctors again for my ankle.
I had last vaginal check in Oct, smear back end of July and it was clear but my anxiety is niggling 'they can sometimes be wrong'
What day is your therapist appointment this week ?
Every Wednesday. I don't know if I should be expecting to notice a difference already but I haven't and I know it's all on me.
They don’t just wave magic wands, you have to do the assignments too.
Therapy can sometimes make you feel a bit worse I think, but if you can keep up with it and practice the methods they teach you then you’ve got a good basis to getting better.
What Scass said ! Yeah, it is 'on you' to out into practice each and every strategy and not give up on it. It takes a lot of time and effort, and it would be a really good start to not going straight back to asking for reassurance on various health concerns in the last 24 hours alone. As hard as this is, and it is hard, you've gotta break the habit.
