What if it's just your HA again?
What if it's just your HA again?
I'm still a work in progress.

I've been away a few weeks from the forum, and you've moved through a whole series AGAIN of illnesses. Sort it Rebecca, stop the cycle, go back to the strategies you were taught and WORK on them. Put in the effort.
I am now worrying that there's a bruise like feeling under side top of my arm if I poke a certain place. Can't feel anything but now worrying about that..
Think about it.... you have been poking your arm why would it feel bruised?

Genuine question: why were you poking your arm in the first place?

Wow OK so I have had eczema forever but was bigger patches lately due to the hot weather we've had. It cleared it up with hydrocortisone, went and came back with the heat. I have just googles rashes and saw an article about lymphoma rash that a girl thought was eczema. I'm terrified. Mine cleared up and went last week but the heat triggered it again.

I still don't think prodding would have been terribly helpful. In the past I've convinced myself I've had all manner of cancers when I've just been poking myself too hard with my fingers.

What if this whole time this eczema is lymphoma sign and now this arm ache is a lymph node
What if it is?
