You're starting to spiral again. Take a second and breathe.

What are scared about, pb? What do you think has been missed? Why aren't you relieved that your scopes were normal? It's great news.
No need to apologize, pb, just try to employ some coping strategies.

It'll always be the "it's just.." scenario though with HA. Truth is you need some sort of pain/symptom in your life because you are so used to having something to fixate on.
In the podcast I was listening to yesterday she said that your body is releasing loads of cortisol when you’re in a high anxiety state & this is what makes your joints ache. It will maybe take time to calm down, but in the meantime you can accept you are feeling discomfort but not catastrophise it, just accept it and try and move on.
I would really recommend some grounding exercises and progressive muscle relaxation so you can start to understand where your tension is & how to relieve it.

now got pain in left arm, can’t go to AnE , went on Monday with right arm pain and two weeks earlier with left arm pain and chest pain. Had blood tests and ecgs, how can this be stress, the pain is real ...
You're being ridiculous. Focus on your breathing and maybe try listening to the podcast Scass mentioned.
Stop telling yourself how bad you're feeling, and think of three good things in your life.
