We’ve all told you that before.
No-one is fed up with you, we just don’t know how to help. You need to break your cycle.

Have a look at the location of trigger points throughout the body..You may find that a lot of your pain correlates to these areas?
My pain does seem to be around the trigger points, my hip, ,ribs, chest , groin and knee , mostly the pain is burning.
I think it’s worth mentioning to my gp next time I speak to her, although I think she’s fed up with me.
My wool should come to day, really going to try not to focus on my pains x

I have a lot of burning pain too but am able to carry on as normal. I see it as an annoying inconvenience but nothing more...because it isn't.
I used to do a lot of knitting-it's really therapeutic! Hope it arrives today-what are you going to make?x
That sounds like a really good plan! I never got beyond knitting....What colours have you ordered?
I'm so in awe of anyone who can crochet!
