Poo varies and thin stools is also common with IBS and can be down to lack of fibre. If thin stools are due to something causing an obstruction in your colon, then I imagine this would happen every time you go for a poo? Unless cancer takes holidays?
Black bits in poo can be a symptom of cancer or infection, yes, but it's most likely due to the food you've eaten, Seeds, dark green veg, coffee, berries - all appear in poo as black specks. Seeing as your FIT and Calprotectin tests both came back negative - I would dismiss the 'bleeding' theory..
Put the torch back in the cupboard. Stop prodding at your poo. Dump, wipe, flush, and go.
