There is no Automatic remedy but I agree that rescue remedy could help. The whole issue is not what pill is going to work but how are we going to face up to the anxiety...check out the advice page on this site as they have good info
Rescue remedy!!
I found grabbing a friend, partner, relative - anyone who's available!! and going for a fast walk really helped when I got worked myself in a state. I spent many an evening walking the streets of Blackpool with my husband, talking about anything and everything!!
Take care

hi rescue remedy is a combination of 5 bach flower remedies... some doctors dont promote it because its an 'alternative' medicine... you could look it up on the net... it comes in a small dropper bottle and its best to put a few drops in a bottle of water a sip it during the day... for the first 2 years of having panic attacks i didn't go anywhere without it... its really good in you're feeling wobbly, in shock, anxiety, anything really that makes you feel a little wobbly... its becoming really well known these days, you can get it from boots, costs about £5 but a small bottle will last ages... you can also get a homeopathic remedy from places like boots, they come in different potencies best to get it in a 30, its called arg. nit. ... really good for anxiety
Have a read of the natural remedies website page on the left.
