While reading back on this thread is probably really helpful in one sense, it seems like it's also serving to feed into the anxiety loop as you're back to seeking reassurance, asking people if they've experienced X symptom. You don't want to let that snowball.
I'm not sure what to suggest here, because there's a bunch of really helpful advice in this thread, but there's also the chance it's only going to trigger another spiral for you. I'm sure you know the most helpful advice off by heart at this stage, as it was repeated time and again throughout this whole thread.
There is a lot of helpful advice which I知 grateful for. I知 still carrying on with my day to day but struggling with a lot of anxiety, especially in the mornings it痴 really difficult.
It just really sucks as this symptom or whatever it is has actually set me back a lot. I知 sat in the garden at the moment trying to do some breathing work and take in the air to calm myself.
