Ive heard of this pillow = how much was it and what does it say about it in the advertising material? I am menopausal and have hot flushes, nght sweats and panic attacks!!! Wenjoy x
I got mine from Amazon and it cost about £26. It stays cool and definately keeps your head from overheating! They are not like a traditional pillow tho, they are quite flat and best put on the top of existing pillows.

Just received it !
Yet to try it, will try it tonight. But it definately stays cool. Will update soon !
Ok if it stays cool then what the heck is it made out of???
Would save the hourly pillow flip that peeves me to no end during the summer!!!

Really interested to hear how successful it was. It looked a bit unconfortable from the picture, and didn't really explain how it works, does it contain water or something?
I just forked out for an air conditioner on e-bay in anticipation of the record breaking hot summer that is predicted.

OK, have used it for two nights now and I have to say I am impressed. It's quite amazing how it stays cool.
eeyorelover ... the 'pillow flip' move is EXACTLY what prompted me to get it !!
You fill it with some water, but you then get rid of all the air. So it ends up about half an inch thick with NO water bed sensation.
I have put mine in my pillow case, and to be honest I really can't feel it, you soon get used to it.
It has made a big difference to my sleeping though !
Looks good - I may have to invest in one of those too!

I've seen something like this in Lidl last week think I'll get one, sure it was cheaper too!
I wish I'd taking out the extended warrantee on life, then I could return it for a new one !
I found one on ebay today, £23 free delivery
