You say you read there is basically no risk of it... So try stop there. Your anxiety will come up with crazy scenarios like a cat (or why not the receptionist?!) being bitten by a bat and that somehow then transferring to you, but you have to work at trying to ignore those thoughts. It takes hard work and a lot of time, and it won't always work, but it is worth the effort.
