The wind comes and goes, sometimes it's a few hours, sometimes it's days, even weeks!
Mr C says I gulp my drinks and I know I sometimes rush my food. Or I'm stressed when eating. Lots of reasons.
It was very warm yesterday, was out most of the afternoon and part evening. Did my a rare social thing and spent most of it obsessing about my eye floaters and worrying I would collapse because I didn't have my usual afternoon snack, lol.

Stuffed up to, a bit of a nippy head.

Hi Carnation, only just managed to get on here, had a busy morning, then company this afternoon and evening...
The day started a bit iffy but did get better as it went on, had a couple of squeaky moments with a dizzy head but it passed quickly. I had a headache all day yesterday but thankfully it had gone this morning.
Its been very hot today here, got all my bedding washed and dried, I think next week it’s forcast rain...

28c here yesterday, no wonder I felt hot.
I was also obsessing over my eyes for most of the day.
Sun too bright, floaters in the shade, then blobs when the sun caught my eyeline. Then murkiness from the sinuses. I was glad to go to bed.
That was probably your Sinuses that made your head like that. I've had that before. Best to carry on as normal once you compose yourself.
I've been washing too, nearly everything in sight, lol. Great to get it out on the line. I love that smell.

Well yes, that would do it every time Carnation.....cooler here today but pleasant, got rain coming in though for next few days, typical when we are having a new roof on the conservatory and new glass, all starting tomorrow, everything is piled in the living room including two large dining tables, living room looks like a bric a brac shop at the moment.....lol

Still sunny here at the moment, so weather men got it wrong again, hopefully they’ll be wrong about tomorrow too, but at least the roof is on now if it does rain, they said they should be finished by Thursday, not keen on work men in and around the house don’t really know why....
I know what you mean about obsessing over things, I do it with my eyes too, especially if I see things like flashes or dots, but apparently it’s quite a common thing with anxiety, so let us put it down to that and leave it be....xxxx

We had rain in the evening and night. Cleared the mugginess. Thank goodness you got the roof on, that would have worried me.

Taming Anxiety Eventually Lowers Pulse....

Its been non stop heavy rain here all day, needless to say not a lot of the job got done so it will drag on even longer...
Yes no need to worry Carnation about floaters or flashes etc it’s a common anxiety symptom, it will calm down when the anxiety does, I get it often.
Got sinuses trouble again today on the right side, pain in my cheek, teeth and ear and around the gland area, right nostril bunged up, even sneezing didn’t clear it.
