Cramps but no period, panicking.

Today I woke up and I feel like I’m getting period cramps but no bleeding at all. I haven’t had a period in almost a year as I’m on the mini pill now just some spotting rarely and I have experienced cramps while on it and period symptoms but no bleeding but the cramps were milder than this. It really feels like I should be bleeding but nothing. I’m freaking out big time it’s something terrible as it feels really crampy especially when I move around. Actually hoping I do start bleeding, I keep going to the bathroom to check but nothing. Thought it was just back ache at first so did a workout but still there agh. Anyone had this? I’m thinking the worst.

I also did miss Monday and Tuesdays pill (heads all over the place with anxiety recently and keep forgetting) so I wonder if that messed something up.

I’m not sure like cysts or pregnancy idk. I’m getting some very minor bleeding now like just brown when I wipe…so maybe it is a period.

Sounds like a period…. Pregnancy did also spring to mind, but you can easily test for that…
