Here we go again

Back on the health anxiety treadmill been a few weeks since my dental drama all settled now been plodding on not great but not the worst then get a txt from the doctors inviting me to come in for a routine health check as I recently turned 60 and bang straight back down the rabbit hole convinced I will have high cholesterol and be at risk of a heart attack so now I’m back to not sleeping not eating not engaging just constant worry worry worry is this to be my life now until yes I will have something that will kill me I cannot get out of this destructive pattern despite medication and therapy any advice welcome

Was changed from escitalopram to duloxetine about seven weeks ago and after about a month thought it was starting to work but as soon as something crops up feels like I’m back to square one x
