Hi, went on my course again did some great work on mood management, challenging negative thoughts, food for mood and confidense building.
The bit we did on food effecting your mood was good, how diffeferent food can make you feel better and how some can make you feel worse. and also how exercise is good for mood. And we got given Pedometer or as they call it a step-o-meter. Its says one step to be taken 10,000 times daily arrrggghhhh!!!!
