Lucy
I can't work out how to print it of double-sided so it all folds up as the 1st and last page seem to be on there own.
Is there a trick to this as I am not sure how to use publisher.
Cheers
Nicola

I think it is mostly just fiddling and getting pages the right way up in the printer that does it but it might help to check the following:
click on 'file', then 'page setup', click the 'layout' tab, and under 'publication type' click 'booklet', and under 'orientation' click 'landscape'.
Hope that helps!!

I think my tip would be.....................
Don't forget a bad day is just a blip, and also don't forget to turn to your friends who understand
Nanny
Don't be afraid of medication. Sometimes you just need help to be you again.
This may seem a daft tip but it really worked for me!!
Agraphobia and panic when things are quite bad!
I always had points along my journey, however short, that i could go to in need of supposed rescue!
These could be a friends house, the Dr's surgery - the list can be as long as you like! At time I even included things like the ambulance station (surley they could help if I was panicing!).
I must admit I never used them, but just the knowledge they were there gave me reassurance!
One other daft point - on average an ambulance can be with you in 3 minutes - if the worst ever happened (which it will usually won't) it wouldn't be long before the emergancy services where there to help!
