I usually go into my bedroom, close the curtains and lie on my bed strange I know, but it helps me blank somethings out and I feel safe so can help calm myself down
I take Medication or Herbal Remidies
I practice Yoga & Meditation
I try to do Deep Breathing and calm down
I listen to Relaxation Cds or hypnotherapy
I go running or do some form of Excercise
I Clean the house to get my mind of it
I don't have to deal with it, i don't put myself in those situations
I try to think positive and put it to the back of my mind
I go to the loo to get some composure
I endure it, there is nothing i feel i can do to stop it :(
I listen Music & try Dancing
I talk to someone about it
I try to get out of the situation as quickly as possible
All of the above ( not at the same time obviously )

I embrace any panic attack now.
It wont make me faint and i wont die from it so i allow it to get bigger and bigger, as scary as it wants to be.
It's not easy but when you embrace panic, it dissapears.
I'm hoping to have a panic attack on film soon (crazy i know!) so i can show people who arn't ready to believe it yet.
