Exercise definitely helps me. Yes, it's a struggle to keep it up but I find that when I make myself exercise, I do feel better
I also struggle with nausea too as I'm an Emet (although it's never been diagnosed) I find it difficult to know whether the anxiety makes me feel sick or if the nauseous feeling makes me anxious
It's hard going getting started with building a routine to exercise, but give it a go, you'll be pleasantly surprised
