I have also just been reading about rescue remedy and would really like to try it. I was just wondering what its like and how it affects you?
It takes the edge of things. Some people say it is a placebo effect but I find it helps me
I use the spray that you squirt on your tongue.
My mum has used it for years as well.

Ive never tried it but im going to get some and give it a try, i'll try anything !
I always keep a bottle of resue remedy with me, im a student and find it really helps ease the nerves to some level when im doing presentations or exams. I would reccommend it, not a cure...but it can help through the day...either the spray form or a dropper...it doesnt taste the nicest thing tho haha, but its not too bad ha! Hope you find some effect from it xxx
is it ok to take with meds from docter as well
Sounds like it could be worth a try especially for when at work. I think i will buy some over the weekend. Any ideas on where to get it from?
James
