Has anyone read this new book in the 'Overcoming' series by Rob Willson and David Veale? It's CBT-based and came out in late 2009. I bought it last week and I'm just wondering if anyone has read it and found it helpful? I've got through the first few chapters but have yet to start the actual exercises.
