Skipped beats on exertion?

I have been barely doing anything the last couple weeks due to being very fatigued following a virus, but I've noticed sometimes when I've done something mildly exerting (but very exerting for me at the moment) i.e going up and down stairs a few times, making dinner.. I've experienced some skipped beats/flutters -and sometimes just after, as if I've done too much.
Just seeing if it is usual for it to happen on exertion?

Hi, I know how scary it can feel, I have very frequent palps. Would not hurt to mention it to your doc. I have had mine for years, had nearly every heart test done and always turns out to be benign extra beats, very common my doc says, but horrible feeling none the less! Maybe if you get it checked, you can feel better when it turns out okay Also, I am on beta blockers and that has helped some.

Thank you for replying, yeah, I will probably mention when I next go, I have had heart tests before and it's been fine, I guess it's just because they're not too common a thing for me. Thanks for your advice and all the very best.

I suffer nearly all the time with palpitations or missed beats, l can have them every two minutes. They are frightening, but l to have been told harmless.
