hi there i am new to this website but i'd thought i'd add in here too o here goes!!
1. start again with my panic attacks trying to conquer them!!
2. well i would say give up smoking but believe it or not my doctor said to get over the fear of panic attacks and having them before i give up???? strange hey?? lol but i said ok? he said you cant burn the candle at both ends and need to address the panic attacks and fear first!!
3. go back to the gym and shift my extra weight LOL
4. take up my reiki and hypnothreapy again!!
well there are prob loads more but this will do for now!!
good luck every one i know we can all do it coz i did do it once, accept it came back with avengience!! lol
