    Natural de-stress tablets any good?

Hiya im suffering anxiety and low mood. Have been told de stress tablets from holland and barrett are very good with no side effects. My dad lost our family dog on friday to cancer and was a broken man crying all the time etc. He went and got some of these tablets and said he feels so much better like how he felt on paxil after suffering the loss of his mother. I've tried citalopram and felt as sick as a dog with it so quit after 4 days of not being able to eat and suffering with horrid stomach cramps from hunger. Anyways has anyone tried de-stress herbal tablets and found them to work? Thanks in advance.

Hey keza, I take the tablets you mention, although not as often as I should and they do seem to take the edge of things..... I also have the peaceful night ones that you take to help you sleep but I'm not so convinced about those ones!
They won't cure you but I have refused anti-depressants at the moment so I'm willing to give this herbal malarkey a go.
    Hope they work for you!xx
