I’ll just reiterate what I’ve already said. Stop looking and you won’t notice. Most people would be happy to be told they looked like they’d lost a bit of weight.
You’ve said to yourself that this is explainable weight loss but you’re still engaging in this habit of needing confirmation from others.
Try to learn to trust your own logical side and it’ll get you a long way.
I'm wearing tights today and had a look at my ankles and noticed the one is darker than the other. I've been doing well but still find myself worrying. I have been checking it still and poking it still. Not as much as I was before https://ibb.co/MnQ6D7k

Shed be disappointed she's even suggested to stop checking altogether, dropping all safety behaviours but I can't. Not with this ankle.

Really.. so what if your ankle hurts.. so what if your legs are a slightly different color... so what if the tips of your nails are yellow.
