does anyone else get pains in there head or twinges mine move all over my head there not really bad i just know they are there i just want to know its all to do with the anxiety as i am worrying myself stupid i know if it was serious i would know about it it could be down to stress to but i dont really feel that stressed sorry to moan again

I get lots of twinges, sort of like cold type shooting pains. Its all down to stress.

Hi Kelly,

Yeah this is normal when you suffer with stress/anxiety or panic. I used to really think that every pain i got i was having a brain haemorage and no matter what people said i was convinced! I went to the docs in the end and they reassured me by doing a check with the eyes and confirmed that yes head pains are normal.

All that said i would still ask the doc to check you over if the pains get any worse!

jo and jem are right its all down to stress...when ever i have head pain i worry too sometimes...but to reassure my self it nothing serious i check this post by Mr Monkey.
