Thanks Annie, I have noticed a difference since I started eating more salad and vegetables, but I just cannot stomach fruit of any description.

Feeling fat.
At work two rolls with tuna mayo in one, egg mayo in one. Banana.
Dinner. Huge mac n cheese portion with baked beans :(

Mac n cheese had bacon, tomatoes, peppers and onions in
Orange juice, watercress, and stir fry which had onions, mushrooms, carrots, sweetcorn, beansprouts and peppers.
And possibly some chocolate digestives...

Burgers, new pots, corn cobs, mushy peas, carrots, gravy n Mint sauce for dinner.
Weighed today 8 stone-8 stone 1.
Last week I was weighing 8.5 stone.
So I wonder after my 'clear out' if I've lost weight.
Can't see it. I ate two big bread rolls mon-Thursday like usual. Lol. Hmm :/
One slice peanut butter and banana on toast.
Ate the other half of banana and another whole banana.
Apple and raspberry juice.
And tea because its soooooo cold brrrr
I had fresh fruit with yoghurt for breakfast, a glass of cranberry juice, carrot cake will make up the rest at dinner tonight
