I'm with you on that , Royal fu&@wits have lost the remote control I bought to replace the one I threw at the wall so I'm still having to get off my lazy arse to turn the volume down .
They've also told me to ask neighbour's if they have it , maybe I should ask the nearest pregnant lady it might be a policy of theirs .

Yes because they are always expecting a delivery..

My moan is that my neighbours have told delivery firms to leave their parcels with me if they are out..but they didn't ask me whether this was ok! I've had surf boards/computer stuff/ wide screen TVs etc in my cramped hallway for ages so I was delighted when the For Sale board went up a few weeks ago!
