Chlobo, the alogorithams on social media are generally based on your search history. They pick up on what you've been searching for on google and what you've clicked on and display things they think you might be interested in. A really bad thing for anyone with HA.
Honestly, take a break from it, stop googling and start working on ways to cope with your HA.

Yeah that's it, they are. Well I've got a ton of homework to do from my therapist. My next session Is a video call on Wednesday. She's given a lot to read through as well. She said that i have servere health anxiety so I need to really focus and she will support me along the way.
Every single sensation in my breast has disappeared. The burning, the tingling feelings, the pain. It's all totally gone
We did say this would happen and it has so you really need to treat the HA and start getting on with your life.
