    VISION?!

ok I'm going to try my best and decribe this problem, in the hope that someone knows whats going on.

Lately (past 3-4 weeks) I've been finding that sometimes (maybe about once a day) when I move my head and refocus my vision seems brighter!?! At that moment I get a wee sense of panic (thats all it is, is small) but when that passes my vision is still the same.

Does anyone understand what I'm saying?

    Thanx for reading

    Hi
I have the same thing but sometimes it lasts quite a while.Sorta like the suns got brighter and everythings clearer.
I tend not to worry too much about it as it goes away.

I also used to sometimes think, especially when in my flat, that the whole room/ my whole field of vision, went darker for just a second. But it seems that that's nothing to worry about either. Scared me a lot over the course of a few weeks though. Hope it's not bothering you anymore.

Yes I also got that when my anxiety was bad. I believe it was nothing more than the light blub changing its output slightly and my heightened sense of awareness picked it up and got a shock, instead of ignoring it as background like a normal person would. It started to dawn on me that this was the case when I used an electric heater for light when reading at night instead of a bulb - no more darkening of vision.

Search for 'split second darkening of vision'.
