    Dizzy/Woozieness help

    Hi everyone,

I was just wondering, I know that Dizzyness and woozyness (like feeling spaced out and not with it) are common when you feel anxious...but I have the added problem of suffering from M.E/ CFS too. This symptom is very common with M.E too. I was wondering if anyone else gets this symptom with anxiety, how it feels? Does anyone ever get this symptom when they are calm and not anxious?

And also, has anyone ever fainted when they feel like this? That is a major fear of mine...
Thank you for any help, I really appreciate it. xx

Thank you for those, took me a while to read them, but they were SO much help. I've printed some of the comments off and am going to drill them into my brain! It seems actually fainting during panic is very very rare...
