hi does anyone suffer from lightheadedness[V]

All the time.. its anxiety trade mark..its from hyperventalating,could be from slight ear infection..could be from crimped artery when you bend over .. but its a classic symptom ..and yes I have it too...the last few days have been the worst..My head feels like it has pressure in it and the top of my head feels numb and I feel lightheaded and really weird..But for you its probably sinus,or inner ear or hyperventalating..Nothing really to worry about..It will go away..
